Our inspection process covers every component of your heating and cooling system. We start with a visual assessment of the equipment, checking for signs of wear, corrosion, or damage. Next, we test the system operations by running it through full heating and cooling cycles while monitoring performance at each stage.
Our technicians use specialized tools to measure voltage, amperage, and gas pressure. We check the heat exchanger for cracks, inspect the flame sensor and igniter, and evaluate the blower motor and capacitor. Airflow is measured at the supply and return vents to ensure proper circulation throughout your home.
For homeowners in the the Ozarks region of Missouri area, we also inspect ductwork for leaks, insulation gaps, and blockages. A comprehensive inspection report is provided after the visit, outlining the current condition of your system, any issues found, and recommended actions.
After an inspection, many homeowners in the area find value in pairing the service with HVAC tune up services to address minor issues before they escalate. This combination keeps systems running smoothly throughout the year.
The cost of an HVAC inspection in the the Ozarks region of Missouri area depends on several factors. The size and type of your system matters — a standard central air and furnace combo inspection costs differently than a heat pump system or multiple zone setups.
Accessibility also affects pricing. If your equipment is located in a tight crawl space or the attic, inspection takes longer and may cost more. Older systems in homes throughout the Branson and Ozark regions sometimes require additional diagnostic time because they have more wear and may have outdated components that are harder to evaluate.
Whether you need a standard inspection or an emergency call after a breakdown also influences the final price. Most routine inspections fall within a predictable range, and HVAC Master LLC provides upfront pricing before work begins so you know what to expect.
If the inspection reveals that your furnace or air conditioner needs attention, compare the repair costs against the age and efficiency of your unit. Our technicians can help you decide whether furnace repair makes more sense than replacement based on your specific situation.

Rick and his crew are awesome you must use these people.Posted on Ed & Alice WaltonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are happy with HVAC Master service. Always prompt and always there when they say they'll be there. ( Which is a rare trait these days). Very nice and knowledgeable crew. Not so happy with the RUUD heat pump unit we bought from them 6 years ago. In the first year or so had compressor replaced, worked right for a short time, then had to run it on emergency heat because we got tired of it blowing cold air for a hour and a half before it automatically kicked on emergency heat. Then had coils replaced last month because the air conditioner quit blowing cold air..... Under warranty....but still had to pay $600. labor. So we'll see when winter comes, what will be next... Update... October 2025 Heat pump seems to be working good. And still happy with HVAC Master. Well run business. Prompt and knowledgeable.Posted on Debbie WolfeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We love HVAC Master LLC. They are always professional and show up on time. Its the little detail i like about them. items like loose wire, the sudden sound of AC turning on they notice. after their service i notice my copper pipe is getting wet and just dripping everywhere, so i called them. same day they went back and fix the problem. they were professional and easy to talk to. i look forward to working with them in the future and would recommend them to other people.Posted on Jennifer CarrTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
