Every commercial ductwork installation starts with a thorough evaluation of your building. We look at your current system, your heating and cooling loads, and how your spaces are used. From there, we create a duct layout designed for maximum efficiency and airflow balance.
Our team handles the full scope of work. We fabricate custom duct sections in-house when needed, install trunk lines and branch runs, properly seal all joints to prevent air leakage, and connect everything to your existing HVAC equipment. For buildings adding new rooftop units, we often pair that work with fresh duct installations to ensure everything works together.
Once installed, we test the system under load to verify airflow at every register. We check for leaks, measure static pressure, and make adjustments until your system performs exactly as designed. If you are also looking at upgrading your cooling equipment, we can coordinate commercial AC installation alongside your ductwork project.
The cost of commercial ductwork installation varies based on several factors. The size of your building and the complexity of the duct layout matter most. A simple straight-run system costs less than a multi-branch layout serving dozens of zones.
Material choice affects price too. Galvanized steel ductwork carries higher upfront costs but holds up well in commercial settings. Flexible ductwork works for certain applications but has limitations in longer runs. We help you weigh these options based on your budget and performance needs.
Accessibility plays a role as well. Buildings with tight mechanical spaces or finished ceilings that need opening add labor time. We provide detailed quotes after our on-site assessment so you know exactly what to expect.
Many property owners compare the cost of new ductwork against ongoing repair bills. If your current system requires frequent fixes, investing in commercial HVAC repair for aging ductwork may not make long-term sense. A proper installation often pays for itself through lower energy costs and fewer emergency calls.

Rick and his crew are awesome you must use these people.Posted on Ed & Alice WaltonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are happy with HVAC Master service. Always prompt and always there when they say they'll be there. ( Which is a rare trait these days). Very nice and knowledgeable crew. Not so happy with the RUUD heat pump unit we bought from them 6 years ago. In the first year or so had compressor replaced, worked right for a short time, then had to run it on emergency heat because we got tired of it blowing cold air for a hour and a half before it automatically kicked on emergency heat. Then had coils replaced last month because the air conditioner quit blowing cold air..... Under warranty....but still had to pay $600. labor. So we'll see when winter comes, what will be next... Update... October 2025 Heat pump seems to be working good. And still happy with HVAC Master. Well run business. Prompt and knowledgeable.Posted on Debbie WolfeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We love HVAC Master LLC. They are always professional and show up on time. Awesome people, they went to my house a month and a half ago, they inspect and check my HVAC. Its the little detail i like about them. items like loose wire, the sudden sound of AC turning on they notice. after their service i notice my copper pipe is getting wet and just dripping everywhere, so i called them. same day they went back and fix the problem. they were professional and easy to talk to. i look forward to working with them in the future and would recommend them to other people.Posted on Jennifer CarrTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It typically includes a full assessment of the building’s airflow needs, the fabrication or selection of duct sections, the installation of supply and return runs, and connection to existing HVAC equipment. The crew also seals joints, insulates ducts where needed, and tests the system to ensure proper airflow and compliance with local codes. Homeowners receive documentation of the layout and any recommendations for future maintenance.
Common indicators include uneven heating or cooling, persistent drafts, unusual odors, and a noticeable rise in energy bills. If the building has experienced water damage, pest infestations, or aging equipment that frequently needs repairs, the ducts may be compromised. A professional assessment can measure airflow and inspect for leaks, helping you decide if replacement is necessary.
The duration depends on the size of the building and the complexity of the layout. For a small commercial space, installation may take a few days, while larger facilities could require several weeks of planning, fabrication, and installation. We provide a project timeline after the initial assessment, and we work efficiently to minimize disruption to your daily operations.
Cost is influenced by the square footage of the building, the type of duct materials selected, the complexity of the routing, and any required modifications to existing HVAC equipment. Additional factors include local code requirements, the need for insulation or fire dampers, and the labor involved in accessing concealed spaces. We give you a detailed estimate after evaluating your specific project needs.
On the day of installation, our crew arrives with the necessary tools and pre-fabricated duct sections, then isolates the work area to reduce dust and noise. We remove old ducts if needed, set the new runs in place, secure connections, and seal everything properly. Once the system is connected, we run tests to verify airflow and balance, and we walk you through the new layout and any post‑installation care instructions.
