We are happy with HVAC Master service. Always prompt and always there when they say they'll be there. ( Which is a rare trait these days). Very nice and knowledgeable crew.
Not so happy with the RUUD heat pump unit we bought from them 6 years ago. In the first year or so had compressor replaced, worked right for a short time, then had to run it on emergency heat because we got tired of it blowing cold air for a hour and a half before it automatically kicked on emergency heat. Then had coils replaced last month because the air conditioner quit blowing cold air..... Under warranty....but still had to pay $600. labor. So we'll see when winter comes, what will be next...
Update... October 2025 Heat pump seems to be working good.
And still happy with HVAC Master. Well run business. Prompt and knowledgeable.

Awesome people, they went to my house a month and a half ago, they inspect and check my HVAC. Its the little detail i like about them. items like loose wire, the sudden sound of AC turning on they notice. after their service i notice my copper pipe is getting wet and just dripping everywhere, so i called them. same day they went back and fix the problem. they were professional and easy to talk to. i look forward to working with them in the future and would recommend them to other people.
