Knowing when to invest in new commercial AC installation helps you avoid bigger problems down the road. Here are clear signs that your business may benefit from a fresh system install.
Our process for commercial AC installation follows clear steps to make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. We start by visiting your building to understand the layout, square footage, insulation, and your cooling needs. This assessment helps us recommend the right system size and type for your specific situation.
We then present options that fit your budget and performance goals. Once you choose a system, we handle all the heavy lifting, including removing any old equipment, installing the new units, connecting ductwork, and testing everything to make sure it works properly. For buildings with existing infrastructure, we often coordinate with other trades to ensure everything integrates smoothly. If you are considering a complete commercial HVAC installation alongside your AC upgrade, our team has the capability to handle both systems under one project.
After installation, we walk you through how to operate your new system and what maintenance will keep it running efficiently. We also offer ongoing commercial HVAC maintenance plans to protect your investment for years to come.

Rick and his crew are awesome you must use these people.Posted on Ed & Alice WaltonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are happy with HVAC Master service. Always prompt and always there when they say they'll be there. ( Which is a rare trait these days). Very nice and knowledgeable crew. Not so happy with the RUUD heat pump unit we bought from them 6 years ago. In the first year or so had compressor replaced, worked right for a short time, then had to run it on emergency heat because we got tired of it blowing cold air for a hour and a half before it automatically kicked on emergency heat. Then had coils replaced last month because the air conditioner quit blowing cold air..... Under warranty....but still had to pay $600. labor. So we'll see when winter comes, what will be next... Update... October 2025 Heat pump seems to be working good. And still happy with HVAC Master. Well run business. Prompt and knowledgeable.Posted on Debbie WolfeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We love HVAC Master LLC. They are always professional and show up on time. Its the little detail i like about them. items like loose wire, the sudden sound of AC turning on they notice. after their service i notice my copper pipe is getting wet and just dripping everywhere, so i called them. same day they went back and fix the problem. they were professional and easy to talk to. i look forward to working with them in the future and would recommend them to other people.Posted on Jennifer CarrTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The timeline depends on the size of your building and the complexity of the project. A straightforward replacement in a small commercial space might take two to three days. Larger buildings or projects that require new ductwork or electrical upgrades can take a week or longer. We give you a clear schedule before we start so you can plan accordingly.
System size depends on your building’s square footage, ceiling height, insulation quality, window placement, and how many people typically occupy the space. We perform a detailed load calculation during our assessment to recommend the correct size. Installing a system that is too small will struggle to cool your building, while one that is too large will cycle on and off frequently, wasting energy and wearing out faster.
Yes, we regularly handle commercial AC installation in older buildings across the region. Our commercial AC installation includes a full assessment of your building’s cooling load, placement of equipment, ductwork modifications if needed, and connection to existing electrical and control systems. We also perform a startup test and walk you through operation and maintenance basics. All components are installed to meet local codes and manufacturer specifications.
If your current system frequently breaks down, produces uneven cooling, or runs constantly without reaching set temperatures, it may be time for replacement. Rising energy bills and inconsistent comfort across different zones are also common indicators. A professional evaluation can confirm whether a new commercial AC installation will improve performance and efficiency.
Commercial AC installation timelines vary based on building size, system complexity, and any necessary modifications to existing infrastructure. A typical project can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks, and we keep you informed of each phase. Our team works efficiently to minimize disruption to your daily operations.
The cost of a commercial AC installation depends on factors such as the capacity and type of equipment, the extent of ductwork modifications, and any electrical upgrades required. Site accessibility and the need for permits can also influence the overall budget. We provide a detailed proposal after assessing your specific needs, so you understand the investment involved.
On installation day, our technicians arrive early to stage equipment and confirm the work plan with your staff. They shut off power safely, remove any old units if applicable, and install the new system according to manufacturer guidelines and local codes. After completing the setup, we test performance, explain controls, and ensure the space is clean before leaving.
