"HVAC Master installed a new heating and air system last year. They were the best priced for the quality of product we received among the 5 estimates we received. The product has worked great. We purchased a maintenance agreement on top of the warranty. They have serviced the system every 6 months. It has lowered the electric bill in the summer by nearly half while keeping the house cooler. The winter heat has been much more even throughout the house than our old system was. I'm extremely happy with the system and the quality of work they did."
"I had some noise coming from my furnace and I had them look at it. They did not up charge me like I expected or try to sell me a new system like everyone does. They made an adjustment and said it’s working better but the part will need to be replaced sometime. They explained how the part works and I felt better about waiting to replace it. I had them do a fall tuneup and then had them back in the spring for another tuneup to the AC system. They did an excellent job without needless extra cost. I feel my AC and furnace are running so much better. I feel comfortable calling them if there’s ever an issue."
