Spring Maintenance

  • Spring cleaning
  • Replace up to two pleated filters
  • Wash outdoor coil
  • Check contactor, capacitors, fan motor bearing
  • Check refrigerant
  • Charge and verify system works optimally

Fall Maintenance

  • Fall cleaning

  • Clean burners, flame rods, blower (if needed)
